Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balbir Singh submits that the joint statement of the petitioners has been duly recorded and also there is no threat perception.

In light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as not pressed.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the competent Authorities, in case, any threat perception arises and the same shall be looked into in accordance with law.
