**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are working with the respondents since 1987 and they are entitled for the regularization of their services under the regularization policies dated 30.12.1998 and 25.02.1999.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the benefits of the said regularization policies dated 30.12.1998 and 25.02.1999 have been granted to the similarly situated employees but not to the petitioners and that too without any valid jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the services of the petitioners were regularized under 2011 regularization policy, but the employees who were appointed after the petitioners are being treated senior to the petitioners as their services were regularized on a date much prior to regularization of services of the petitioners. 4..

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that fresh representation qua the claim of the petitioners for regularization of the services of the petitioners under the regularization policies dated 30.12.1998 RIYA 2024.04.19 09:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-15226-2018 (O&M) -22024:PHHC:050867 and 25.02.1999 will be submitted by the petitioners to the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, the petitioner filed a fresh representation with the authority concerned claiming the said relief recorded herein above, the same will be considered and an appropriate speaking order will be passed by the authority concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 6.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case the claim of the petitioners is found feasible to be accepted, an appropriate order will be passed and in case the same is not found feasible to be accepted, detailed reasons for rejecting the claim of the petitioners will be mentioned in the speaking order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh representation with respondents as stated herein before. 8.

Ordered accordingly.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
