By way of the present petition, petitioner has assailed the order dated 29.11.2023, Annexure P-5 passed by Estate Officer, HSVP, Panipat. 2.

Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the respondents.

On asking, Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He has instructions to state that the impugned order was challenged in an appeal as well as a revision petition and both the appeal and revision have been dismissed. He asserts that this development has been suppressed by the petitioner, who has approached this Court with tainted hands. It is his argument that such writ petitions deserve to be dismissed with heavy costs.
