(ORAL) After arguing for some time, when the Bench was not agreeing with the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, he prays for withdrawal of instant revision, with request to grant four months' time to the petitioners to vacate the demised shop. In view of the above, the instant revision is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioners are granted four months' time from today to vacate the demised shop, subject to deposit of up-to-date arrears of rent within a period of two weeks. In case, petitioners do not vacate the demised shop within four months, they shall pay mesne profits @ `30,000/- per month, failing which, the same shall be recoverable from their movable and immovable assets, whatsoever. Petitioners are directed to file affidavit in this regard before the executing Court.
