Coram:
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain
Present:
Mr. Jagjit Gill, Advocate, for the petitioner.
***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J.
Respondent no.5 filed an application on Form-L for seeking eviction of the petitioner from the land in question on account of non-payment of rent. The Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Ellenabad, vide his order dated 13.08.2013, directed the petitioner to pay the arrears of `1,47,466/- within a period of 15 days and on failure, to be dispossessed from the land in question. The said order was challenged by the petitioner by way of an appeal before the Collector, Sirsa, which was dismissed on 04.03.2015. His revision was also dismissed by the Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar on 17.11.2016. As a matter of fact, there is no legal ground raised by the petitioner to challenge the impugned orders except for alleging that the Courts below have not applied its judicious mind.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances much-less the orders challenged herein, I am of the considered opinion that there is no merit in the present petition and hence, the same is hereby dismissed, though without any order as to costs.
