**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is the second petition for regular bail in FIR No. 841 dated 02.12.2019 under Section 307 IPC (Sections 326, 201, 506, 120-B IPC added later on) and Sections 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Karnal City, District Karnal.

Mr. Wazir Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant and filed his power of attorney through e-mail, which is taken on record.

It has been pointed out by the learned State counsel that the petitioner was connected with crime as Rs. 50,000/- was deposited in his bank account.

The earlier petition filed by the petitioner for regular bail was GURPREET SINGH 2020.11.03 17:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chadigarh
