Harsimran Singh Sethi, J. (oral) In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioners is that the services of the petitioners were regularized with effect from the year 2013 whereas the similarly situated employees were granted the same benefit from the year 2011 though, the same was notionally granted from 2011 till 2013 and the actual benefits were given after 2013 only. Learned counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner is that they should also be treated in a similar manner by giving them the notional benefits from 2011 and actual benefits from 2013.

Learned counsel for respondent-State submits that keeping in view the reply filed, the petitioners have already been granted the said benefits.
