(Oral) Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 11.07.2015 (Annexure P-15) wherein, respondent no. 3 has taken a decision to constitute a Committee to examine the integrity of the ANM Ist Year examination held in November, 2014 and the GNM examination held in November, 2014 and had been asked to submit a recommendation report. The additional prayer made is also for declaration of the results which were under scrutiny.

Mr. Amar Vivek, Addl. A.G., Punjab puts in appearance on behalf of the State and placed on record correspondence addressed to him dated 07.10.2015 by respondent no. 3 wherein, it has been mentioned that the report of the Enquiry Committee has come and has been sent for approval and the result would be declared on the website tomorrow. Keeping in view the said written communication received from respondent no. 3, counsel for the petitioners agrees that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and accordingly, the same is disposed of accordingly.
