(Oral) The petitioner in the present writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release/exempt the constructed portion of the house of the petitioner, as shown in the site plan as well as photographs being appended along with the writ petition by making suitable changes to the alignment of the proposed 120 feet road towards the vacant land, after carrying out the proper demarcation. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation dated 18.09.2016, appended as Annexure P-7, has been filed before respondent No.3, raising all the pleas as have been sought to be raised in the present writ petition. However, a prayer was made that a time bound direction be issued to the concerned respondents to decide the same expeditiously.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, perusing the averments made in the present petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the controversy, we consider it appropriate to dispose of the Jawala Ram 2016.10.19 12:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
