(Oral) On February 07, 2017, it was recorded that the Tribunal had passed the impugned order dated 29th September, 2014, relying upon the earlier decision dated 10th September, 2014, passed in OA No. 931/PB/2013, titled as "Jasbir Singh Vs. Union of India and others". However, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submitted that Jasbir Singh's case (supra) has already been implemented by the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners was given time to seek instructions. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced a communication dated 14.08.2017, received from the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Office of the Superintendent (Legal), intimating that the order passed in OA No. 931/PB/2013, titled as "Jasbir Singh Vs. UOI" has been implemented by the Department against which no appeal has been preferred by the respondents. The said communication is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Learned counsel for the petitioners did not dispute that the present case is covered by the Jasbir Singh's case (supra). 4.
