The petitioner has submitted representation dated 09.07.2013 (P-12) and legal notice dated 05.10.2013 (P-13) in this regard, but no decision has been taken thereon. Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the representation/legal notice, referred to above.
