(Oral) This is the second petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.28 dated 22.02.2019 registered under Sections 22/61 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Section 61 of NDPS Act has wrongly been mentioned in the petition) at Police Station Kotkapura, District Faridkot (Annexure P-1). The first petition (CRM-M-47001 of 2019) was withdrawn on 10.02.2020. Custody certificate dated 01.03.2021 has been filed by the State. Same is taken on record. A copy thereof, has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.
