Learned counsel for the petitioners contend that the petitioners are prepared to pay the payable amount to the decree holder. He submits that an application to this effect was filed before the Executing Court, however, that has been kept for 02.07.2025.

In view of the aforesaid averments, the revision petition is disposed of while granting opportunity to the petitioners to file another application along with demand draft of the decretal amount, which shall be considered by the Executing Court, the moment it is filed in accordance with law, because the auction is scheduled to be held on 31.05.2025. 3.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
