(Oral) It is noticed that the petitioner had sought time to file replication vide order dated 21.01.2021 whereupon the matter was adjourned to 26.02.2021 when more time was sought. The matter was adjourned to 19.07.2021 but the same could not be taken up on account of the erstwhile COVID circumstances. The matter was eventually taken up on 16.09.2022 wherein it was adjourned on the request of Counsel for the parties. A specific order was also passed that no further adjournment shall be granted.

The matter was thereafter taken up on 04.09.2024 but no one chose to appear on behalf of the petitioner. On the last date of hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner again requested for an adjournment.

CWP-18355-2020 -2The matter was thus posted for today, however, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present writ petition. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
