(ORAL) The matter was adjourned on the previous date of hearing for today, to enable the learned State counsel to examine, if the issue was covered by an order and judgment, dated 12.03.2013, rendered in CWP No. 2866 of 2009 (Vinod Kumar v. State of Haryana and others). Learned State counsel, on instructions from Smt. Rekha Dahiya, Principal, Government Senior Secondary School, Kakroi, District Sonipat, submits that the petition be disposed of in terms of the above decision, as the matter is covered therewith. Accordingly, it is submitted that the impugned order dated 29.09.2015 (Annexure P-7), be set aside. That being so, the impugned order dated 29.09.2015 (Annexure P-7) is set aside, and the petition is disposed of in terms of the decision of this Court in the case of Vinod Kumar (supra).
