The petitioners claim to be entitled to the allotment of flats under a notification dated 08.07.2015. They have a grievance that they have made an application under the said notification, but the respondents have not passed any orders or taken any decision in respect thereto.

If the petitioners have made and/or hereafter make an application for the allotment of flats, the same shall be decided by the respondents in accordance with law.
