(Oral) The prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for direction direction to respondents No.1 & 2 to carry out regular inquiries in discharge of their statutory duties in time framed manner on the complaint made by the petitioner and if, respondent No.3 is found to be acted in gross violation of the Affiliation Examination Bye Laws of CBSE, provisions of Haryana School Education Rules, 2003, then direction to initiate appropriate action against respondent No.3 be issued.

It was not disputed that vide Annexure P-7 (letter dated 26.04.2017), the petitioner had been intimated that an Inspection Committee had been constituted to look into grievance of the petitioner and allegations made against respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the communication dated 12.09.2017, received by the petitioner, in Court today, wherein, it has been intimated that the Board shall take strict action after receipt of inspection report from the Committee. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition. 5.
