***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned State counsel submitted that the entire prosecution evidence stands recorded and that the matter is now fixed before the Trial Court for recording defence evidence. Faced with the aforestated position i.e. the trial being at its fag end, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in case there is inordinate delay in conclusion of trial.
