**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) This petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner against the vacant post of Constable Male (General Duty) in BC-A category.

Ms. Nidhi Garg, AAG, Haryana who is present in the Court on instructions states that the waiting list has been prepared and the last candidate got 58.15 marks whereas the petitioner got 57.70 marks, so his name does not fall even in the waiting list.

In view of the above factual position, the present petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again if anybody from the waiting list does not join.
