G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Challenge in the present writ petition is to the transfer order of the petitioner dated 01.10.2015 (Annexure P-2) who was working as S.S. Master with Government High School, Dehriwal Daroga, District Gurdaspur to the corresponding school at Sarti, Pathankot. After arguing for some time, counsel does not press the present petition and prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to approach the departmental authorities for the necessary relief. Ordered accordingly.
