(ORAL) The short point involved in present case is whether petitioners can be permitted to challenge result dated 14.06.2019 recommending names of respondents No.5 to 10 for appointment to the posts of Executive Engineer in pursuance of advertisement dated 7.12.2017 (Annexure P-3) in the absence of submission of applications, the answer is no, for simple reason that though petitioners are stated to be working in the Municipal Council and fulfill the qualification but Court cannot come to their rescue and put the clock back by giving opportunity to compete on the premise that they were not aware of equivalence of post as essential qualification for consideration.

No ground for interference is made out.
