Main case Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to official respondent No.2 to direct respondent No.3 to conduct fair investigation on the complaint No.1121/P/SSP, dated 25.05.2022, Annexure P-1, in accordance with law and to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation/complaint, dated 25.05.2022, Annexure P-1, is decided in a time-bound manner.
