Counsel for the petitioner further states that the petitioner does not have the information as to whether the consequential benefits in pursuance to the abovesaid order has been released in his favour or not so far.
Counsel for respondent No.3 states that an order was passed on 25.09.2018 and most likely, all the benefits accruing out of the said order must have been released to the petitioner.
