The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of FIR No.1452 dated 05.12.2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 506, 120-B IPC at Police Station Ballabgarh City, Faridabad, Haryana and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage.
