Learned counsel for the petitioner states that it has wrongly been noted in the impugned order that there was an interim order dated 23.07.2019 in as much as the civil suit itself was filed in the year 2020. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to first approach the Court concerned by filing an appropriate application bringing this fact to the notice of that Court.
