       Petitioner appearing in person prays for and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a representation before Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra bringing to his notice various complaints that he has made in respect of the alleged irregularities. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondentState of Haryana submits that in case the petitioner does so, the Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra shall look into the same and take a decision thereon in accordance with law and if necessary also give personal hearing to the petitioner. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
