The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.322, dated 19.12.2022, under Sections 323,324,341,506,379,148,149 of IPC, {115(2), 118(1), 126(2),351(2), 303(2),191(3),190 of B.N.S}, registered at Police Station Sadar Nabha, Patiala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 19.05.2026, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel also submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4.

In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the interim order dated 19.05.2026 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
