(ORAL) The petitioner herein has sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.213 dated 15.08.2021 registered at Police Station Khol, Rewari, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 452 & 506 IPC wherein the offence under Section 326 IPC is stated to have been added later-on.
Learned State counsel, on the instructions from HC Ashok Kumar from the above-said Police Station, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 03.11.2021 as passed by the Co-ordinate Bench, the petitioner has joined in the investigation and her custodial interrogation is not required and she is also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature.

State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioner by the Co-ordinate Bench vide the said order dated 03.11.2021, is hereby made absolute.
However, the petitioner shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required/called upon to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA) JUDGE 01.02.2022.
