The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for issuance of appropriate directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to conduct fair and impartial enquiry in case FIR No.78 dated 16.02.2022 registered under Sections 403, 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 IPC at Police Station Babain, District Kurukshetra.

Learned State counsel submits that 6 out of 11 witnesses have already been examined in the present case and the next date of hearing is 10.08.2023. He further submits that KB Koushik, Pritam Dass, Richa Koushal, Sumita Saini and Ram Karan have been placed in column No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition to enable him to file an appropriate application before the trial Court. 4.
