**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has been preferred for setting aside the order dated 29.03.2016, vide which renewal of certificate to practice as notary was declined by the Deputy Legal Advisor-cumcompetent authority. Now the petitioner has expired and nothing survives in this writ petition and this petition may be dismissed as having rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid course.
