Prayer in the present Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for the issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.3-Commissioner Employees Compensation Act-cum-Assistant Labour Commissioner Patiala, Additional Charge Fatehgarh Sahib at Mandi Gobindgarh to decide the execution petition and to pay compensation to the petitioner as arrears of Land Revenue within stipulated time.
