Since the order under challenge dated 31.10.2013 (Annexure P14) had been stayed on 13.11.2013, the same stands vacated. Resultantly respondent No.4 will be entitled for the benefits of the impugned order. It is expected that the petitioner-institute will take appropriate action expeditiously.
