(Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order dated 10.08.2022, the petitioner-Balwinder Singh @ Buta Singh has surrendered before the Trial Court and has been released on interim bail vide order dated 25.08.2022. A copy of the aforesaid order is taken on record as Mark 'A'.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. It is expected that the petitioner shall appear regularly before the Trial Court in future.
