(ORAL) Case of petitioner is that in selection proceedings conducted by Department, petitioner was selected as Extension Lecturer vide order dated 26.07.2016 (Annexure P-2). Many representations were submitted for assigning college but to no avail. Information under RTI (Annexure P-4) revealed that post of Lecturer (Sociology) is lying vacant since 4.1.2019. Since petitioner has been appointed, she can be assigned work.
