Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Daljit Singh states that both the petitioners have got their statements recorded with the police to the effect that they do not apprehend any danger to their lives and liberty at the hands of private respondent No. 4 Kewal Krishan, who is father of the petitioner No. 1 Laxmi Devi had also stated before the police that he would not hold out any threats to the petitioners for contracting a love marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition be disposed of accordingly. Therefore, the present petition is dismissed being infructuous.
