(Oral) The present petition is for quashing of transfer order dated 30.05.2018 vide which the petitioner has been transferred and relieved without following the guidelines of transfer policy dated 06.10.2004. On notice, two separate replies have been filed by the State and respondent No. 5.

As per reply filed by State, on request made by the petitioner on 03.07.2018, he has been transferred as per his choice i.e Charkhi Dadri and thus the impugned order dated 30.05.2018 has become redundant. In view of the above fact, the present petition is dismissed as having become rendered infructuous.
