however, the lapse lies on the part of petitioner herself. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the stand taken by learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 5, submits that the petitioner shall approach the office of Nagar Panchayat, Nadala within a period of seven days from today, to assume charge and perform the duties of the President of Nagar Panchayat, Nadala.
