however, the lapse lies on the part of petitioner herself. Photocopies of the said letters are also handed over by learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 5 in Court today, which are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. He further submits that the petitioner may approach the office of Nagar Panchayat, Nadala, District Kapurthala, on any working day to assume charge and discharge the duties of the President. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the stand taken by learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 5, submits that the petitioner shall approach the office of Nagar Panchayat, Nadala within a period of seven days from today, to assume charge and perform the duties of the President of Nagar Panchayat, Nadala.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, the present writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
