ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the respondent has filed the affidavit of the Administrator, HSVP, Rohtak and submits that in view of the order passed by the Division Bench in CWP No.20236 of 2020, restraining the respondents from executing the order dated 24.11.2020, no further action is taken. It is further submitted that the petitioner is also a party in the said writ petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this petition, after disposal of the aforementioned writ petition, if so advised.
