Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak has been filed in Court today wherein it is stated that the petition has been rendered infructuous as the post on which the petitioner was deputed/transferred to respondent No.6 has already been filled by recruitment and the period of deputation has expired. In view of the reply filed by the respondents, this petition has been rendered infructuous and stands disposed of accordingly.
