**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) In the present case the petitioner had approached this Court with a prayer that the work charge/daily wages service rendered by him from 1980 till 1993 be counted for determining the pensionary benefits. Notice of motion was issued.
In pursuance to the notice, reply has been filed today in Court and the same is taken on record.
In paragraph 3 of the reply, it has been mentioned that the daily wage services of the petitioner from 1980 to 1993 has been counted for determining the pensionary benefits and the pension of the petitioner NARESH KUMAR 2018.11.26 14:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
CWP-20654-2016 (O&M) -2has already been revised and on account of the same, a total sum of `3,28,741/- has been paid to the petitioner on 29.04.2017 and nothing more is required to be paid.
Counsel for the petitioner does not oppose the statement so made.
