The application (CM No.6686-CWP-2021) has been filed for dismissal of the writ petition, wherein the respondents have taken stand that show cause notice impugned in the main writ petition already stands withdrawn.

For the reasons recorded in the application and in view of stand of the respondents, the same is allowed (CM No.6686-CWP-2021). Since, the impugned show cause notice impugned in the writ petition already stands withdrawn, nothing survives to be adjudicated at the hands of this Court in the present petition.
