 # The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to implement the advisory dated 20.03.2020 issued by the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India. It is not the case of the petitioners that they have been substituted by the another set of contractual employees. Still further, the agreement regarding the services of the petitioners arrived at between respondent No.2-Kurukshetra Development Board and Social Service Organization, Delhi, a Society registered under the Registration of Societies Act, 1860, has already come to an end on 31.10.2019. There is nothing on record that the said agreement has been renewed at any stage subsequent thereto. Moreover, the petitioners allege oral termination of their services.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners would be satisfied if respondents No.2 and 4 are directed to decide their representation dated 27.02.2020 (Annexure P-5). In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 and 4 to decide the said representation dated 27.02.2020 (Annexure P-5), moved by the petitioners, within a period of three months from today, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and also considering the advisory dated 20.03.2020 issued by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Govt. of India. 04.11.2020
