-2- ******* ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Prayer in TA-87-2019, filed by petitioner Jagpal Kaur Sangha, is for transfer of Civil Suit No.697 of 2017 titled as Jaswinder Kaur Sangha and another Vs. Jagpal Kaur Sangha, pending before the Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Chandigarh to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Kapurthala. Prayer in TA-607-2019, filed by petitioner Jaswinder Kaur Sangha, is for transfer of Civil Suit No.136 of 2017 titled as Jagpal Kaur Sangha Vs. Jaswinder Kaur Sangha and others, pending before the Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Kapurthala to the competent Court of jurisdiction outside Kapurthala preferably at Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that both these civil suits be withdrawn from the respective Courts and be transferred to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Ludhiana.

In view of the above, both these civil suits are transferred to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Ludhiana.

The District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana is directed to assign both these suits to one Court so that same may be decided on one date in order to avoid any conflicting orders.

The Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Kapurthala and Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Chandigarh are directed to transfer all the record pertaining to the aforesaid civil suits to District Judge, Ludhiana. The parties are directed to appear before the District Judge,

-3Ludhiana within a period of 01 month from today. Disposed of, accordingly.
