PeƟƟoner has come before this Court seeking quashing of FIR capƟoned above under SecƟon 482 Cr.P.C.

State counsel submits that earlier a cancellaƟon report was filed by prosecuƟon which was rejected and direcƟon was issued by the competent Court to furnish fresh report. Again maƩer was invesƟgated and now again cancellaƟon has been filed again, as such, there is nothing against the peƟƟoner as of now. 3.

Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that maƩer is lingering on since 2016 and peƟƟoner is facing harassment Ɵme and again.

Be that as it may, the concerned Court which is seized off the said cancellaƟon report if filed to ensure that a final call is taken on the cancellaƟon report without any delay not more than three months from today or from the date of filing whichever is earlier.

Given above, the present peƟƟon is disposed of. Liberty reserved to the peƟƟoner to come to this Court again in case cancellaƟon report is not accepted. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
