The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to conduct inquiry into the disability certificate dated 29.08.2023 of respondent No.5. She is also seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to decide her representation dated 25.02.2026.

The petitioner claims herself to be a public-spirited person. The respondent No.5-Rajesh Kumar is presently working as District Manager in Haryana State Cooperative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank, Bhiwani (for short 'HPCARD'). He has secured appointment on the basis of disability certificate with 72% locomotor DEEPAK BISSYAN 2026.05.20 16:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

The petitioner claims that she preferred representation dated 25.02.2026 to the respondents seeking verification of the disability certificate pursuant to which Civil Surgeon, Bhiwani issued memo to respondent No.5 to appear on 09.03.2026 for investigation. The respondent No.5 during the pendency of the proceedings was referred to PGIMS, Rohtak. The respondents sought additional period of 90 days to conclude the inquiry and prepare Action Taken Report. The respondent vide letter dated 01.04.2026 informed her that she may submit a request if she wants to have respondent No.5 examined by higher medical institution. Despite passage of considerable time, no action has been taken till date.

Learned State Counsel submits that private respondent has already been medically examined. The competent authority, as per medical report, would take an appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the aforesaid arrangement.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
