Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 10.09.2020 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Assistant Collector Grade-II, Safidon, Jind, Haryana; order dated 02.03.2021 (Annexure P-7) passed by learned Collector, Sub-Division, Safidon, Haryana and order dated 14.05.2024 (Annexure P-9) passed by learned Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in this petition and he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
