(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy of civil court on the premise that he would be leading evidence qua terms and conditions of the insurance policy, much less, dispute the report of the surveyor who has assessed the compensation less than what the petitioner is entitled to. In view of the aforementioned, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned.
