By way of present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to release the retiral benefits of the petitioner including provident fund along with admissible interest and pension along with interest @ 18% from the due date till its realization. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner, prays that at this stage, he will be satisfied if direction is given to respondent No.2 to treat the instant writ petition as a representation and decide the same within a time bound manner.

In view of the facts mentioned above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 that in case the petitioner submits a copy of writ petition, the same may be treated as a representation and be decided within a period of 08 weeks thereafter, in accordance with law. While considering the above said representation, all the contentions raised therein may be considered.
