Accordingly, the cross-objections are disposed of granting liberty to the cross-objectors to revive the same in case they want to further pursue the case.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that in view of the above, even the appeal of the appellant-Insurance Company be disposed of but liberty be granted to the appellant to revive the same in case the cross-objectors revive their cross-objections. 4.

The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
