(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for direction to refund the fees deposited by the candidates who had applied in pursuance to the advertisement issued by the respondent Bank in 2003, after cancellation of the same in the year 2012 by the respondent Bank. A further prayer for direction to the respondent Bank to make the recruitment under the fresh advertisement issued in the year 2013, as the public at large is suffering from the acute shortage of the staff, has also been made. 2.
After arguing for sometime when the Bench was not agreeing with the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition.
